What data I process

If you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) and any metadata that comes with it.

I process your data solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for steps prior to entering a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling and responding to inquiries).

Recipients

Your data may be processed by service providers I use to operate this website (e.g. hosting provider, email provider), acting as data processors on my behalf. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Retention

I retain inquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with any applicable legal obligations. Once no longer needed, the data is deleted.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — you can request information about the data I hold about you
  • Right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction — you can request that processing be restricted
  • Right to data portability — you can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests
